Beautiful room

Lovely welcome from reception- vip of the day was an amazing surprise - I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this tops the lot- fantastic view of the cricket ground. Bar and restaurant staff were all lovely and the food was delicious. Everywhere was immaculate .

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. The staff, Receptionists in particular could of of been more friendly or helpful. Most comfortable bed. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast (maybe a little early for some) Location is great as lots of unique shops and eateries within a few hundred yard. Only downside is constant traffic noise. Excellent apart from that

On arrival we were greater by a friendly member of staff, checked in nice and smoothly. The room was very nice, had coffee machine, smart tv air con etc. We stayed in a Junoir sweet and only got a double bed so had a bad sleep but other than that there wasn't any conolaints. The food in the restutant was delicious! I had the pork belly followed by sticky toffee pudding. And breakfast was nice aswell so I would recommend it and I shall be returning

Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.
