Staff friendly and helpful. The Dyson hot cold fan was brilliant. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing!

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, lovely dining, great bar, very helpful staff. However it could probably just do with a bit of a face lift. Lots of things that a now found as standard in modern hotels to make your stay a little more comfortable are missing…
