My son and his partner found this to be a very welcoming place and they really enjoyed their stay. My son was wished a Happy Birthday and their room was lovely. They loved the Breakfasts and enjoyed the facilities. I expect they will return in the future. Thank you

Our room exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel was perfect and the car parking facilities were very particularly useful - and unusual to find within a city break. The club lounge was also a real treat.

Great hotel perfect location staff really attentive and so polite. Breakfast was lovely great choice and freshly prepared. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows too. I would really recommend a stay here.

The Glasshouse was a superb hotel. Myself and a friend decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel for a theatre trip. The room was massive, very comfortable and had everything i needed. It was a lovely touch to be offered prosecco on arrival. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and my bed was turned down for me when I returned to my room after being out at the theatre. Overall good experience! The hostel arranged fun activities offering everyone a chance to get to know one another. Lovely hosts/staff that were happy to help you, always. Fresh bathrooms, nice bedding and good sized pods.

Fantastic location just off the Royal Mile, with subsidised oarking offsite only 2 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Only downsides were the bed was not the comfiest and the breakfast choices limited. I would definitely stay again though.

Excellent location for theatre visit. Quiet comfortable room perfect for overnight. Nice Public areas. Very clean. Friendly staff and felt safe for female travellers.

We had an amazing stay! Lovely and helpful staff. I am very thankful! I planned a surprise for my partner as it was his birthday, soni asked if they can do it for me, they said they don’t do that but they will note of it but the staff did an extra mile and also gave us free drinks! It was simple but very special, he was surprised! ❤️ thank you so much. We will surely recommend and come back again.

Great location, friendly welcoming staff. The room was great with 2 double beds, only downside was one of the duvet covers was covered in holes which was only noticed once the sheets were pulled back to get in. Breakfast was okay but had better hot breakfasts in cheaper hotels. Tv signal kept clitching and rooms are not sound proofed as described as you could here room/corridor doors banging closed. Overall these were just minor issues and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful modern apartment in popular area! Great furnishings and art. A real home from home. Can’t wait to return. Across from Augustine United Church and Nando’s, original address markers no longer open. Try Auld Jock’s Cafe for breakfast - turn right out main door. And Vittoria for dinner - left out of door. Grassmarket v near too. A bit noisy at night but the view of the Castle makes up for that.

Perfect in all aspects cannot ask for more , beautiful location clean amenities also unexpected clean towels . Personnel competent and super helpful, we will defo go back!
