"Really pleased with the hotel. Great communication pre arrival. Staff on reception were very helpful, we had 3 rooms and they put us all next to each other. We had the standard queen room the bed were very comfortable and clean, good shower too. Nice bathroom products. The breakfast was excellent great hot variety, haggis and additional bits were really tasty. Hotel location brilliant, very central for all the Edinburgh sites, shops, buses. Hotel was value for money, overall it added to our great weekend. "

"Very courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast included a good variety of food. A couple of mornings when we had to leave before breakfast was served, we were given a bag of food, so we didn’t have to leave hungry. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel."

"Loved our stay. A beautiful property, with all the amenities you need. The washer/dryer was the best for us since we were on a long trip. The area was quieter than staying in Old Town but still had tons of restaurants and shops. "

"Excellent 3 night stay, I will definitely be back. The hotel is perfectly situated. Very close to the tram line to the airport (5min walk) and maybe a 10min to Waverly train station, but it’s also on a very quiet street and very close to the Royal Mile and all the sights. I have nothing negative to say. The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the staff was always helpful and friendly. "
