"Location was fabulous but accommodation its self was very run down cardboard on the ceiling which had a hole no lights in the corridor windows broken in rooms very noisy with no double glazed to drown it out from pub below or traffic "
"Some of the pillows and cushions had an overwhelming smell of greasy hair. Sadly, I didn't notice until I moved around in the night and woke up heaving. The fridge in the room sounded like it was taking off, too."
"No stars at all for this property! I had such a bad experience in the hole process regarding the booking of a room. I have booked a room one month before going there and when I was outside the property it turned out that I didn’t have a room booked and couldn’t retrieve my booking. After many calls with the “reception” and the booking agent which confirmed my booking with the property, the time spent for the hole process overall 2 hours, to finally hear from the “receptionist” that the manager...
"Located on busy road, parking space for 2 cars only which were full and parking restrictions on roads nearby. House of multiple occupancy studio rooms, room was clean, bed was comfortable. No check in details sent until phoned host, difficult to open the lock on the door to enter the studio. The bathroom smelt of sewage. Property did not reflect the reviews that had been left. Lots of signs up in the studio highlighting fines for misuse of various items, which made you feel unwelcome."

"Stayed one night to go to a music festival at Victoria Park. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was great, a really comfy bed.
Breakfast was also very good."
"The reception team were fantastic. They couldn't find my booking and I was worried but it turned out to be a computer glitch and they really tried to help, fixing it eventually. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. It wasn't easy to control the room temp, is the only thing. Staff at the restaurant and terrace on the first floor were great (lovely setting), special thanks to Davide. Very nice food. Niv especially at reception was a superstar. Would love to stay again and highly recommend"
"perfect location and amazing value for the three of us. The free breakfast is amazing and so filling, staff all so lovely and very helpful. Beds very comfy and bathrooms kept very clean "
"Modern hotel with high spec rooms.
Good location near to tube.
Shame breakfast was chicken sausages, rather than pork, and no bacon.
I understand some people dont eat this, but their decisions should not affect what I eat... "
"Very clean and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable and the linen so soft, amazing (I have found this with other Hyatts). Great shower and toiletries. Appreciate the 12 noon check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area."
