No one is on location no pool bar or food on location. Upon check in we had trouble checking in security was very rude and told me I didnt have a reservation. He was very adamant about me needing a QR code which I never received I was stuck at front gate with taxi driver. Beautiful view clean condo but no services provide or receptionist. Rude security."

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.The house is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and perfect for families or larger groups. The pool was a favorite gathering place, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Isla Mujeres has to offer. Most importantly, we always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.Miguel is one of the best care takers we've ever had. He arranged our transportation, helped with golf cart rentals, did our initial grocery shopping, checked on us throughout the week, helped us navigate road construction, and was always just a message away if we needed anything. His hospitality made our vacation completely stress-free.The private chef dinner him and his wife prepared for us on our last night was unforgettable. It was beautifully prepared, absolutely delicious, and the perfect way to end our trip.If you're considering Casa Mimosa, don't hesitate.
