"Great location! You get a voucher for breakfast at Lorettas which is DELICIOUS and i cannot recommend enough. Beach there is gorgeous and staff is lovely. They let us check in early (yay) which was very accomodating and so kind and polite staff. Clean, comfy beds and great room. Only thing is a little bit overpriced for the room (no balcony or outside space) but besides that so good!!! "

"The best thing is the staff, they were all amazing. Carlos was very fun, super attentive and helped me practice my Spanish. Dario at the front lobby was fun, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. The first two days it was al la carte which was a bit better. The buffet was okay, they did have a station to have ano lette made fresh. We had dinner one night which was not great and overpriced. The hotel next door has a much better restaurant for the same price or cheaper."

"Breakfast is OK. It was kind of small portions. I was very surprised there wasn’t refills on our coffee and I have never seen that in my life Some of the weight staff was friendly and a few other others seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job jobs It was a great location very nice beach. I thought it was a great the way they had somebody rake up what little sarcasm there was. Too many cats for my taste The sushi restaurant across the street was wonderful The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful I thought the drinks at the bar were way overpriced. I don’t pay that much in the United States."

"Great stay and excellent location! The best ways to get around Isla Mujeres are golf cart, taxi, or walking. There’s a taxi stand right outside the hotel, with about $10 USD to the ferry and $5–$7 quick trips around the island. The southern tip of the island is about a 30-minute walk and absolutely beautiful, with a state park and beach clubs along the way. Bring cash — it’s appreciated, and the local people were friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Overall, I believe this hotel is in one of the best spots on the island"

"Casa de la Olas was a lovely oasis for our week long family holiday! Everyone had their own space and the dining/kitchen area big enough to share. The pool has a great mix of sun and shade and there are many lovely spots to relax on the property. Sunrises were spectacular! Getting around the island by taxi was effortless. Dave was very prompt and easy to communicate with as was the local property management crew. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back - a fabulous week at Casa de las Olas! "

"From the moment we booked, Impressions Isla Mujeres demonstrated a level of service that exceeded even our high expectations. They connected us with a reliable transportation company—our driver, Darwin, was professional and punctual—and the seamless communication before we even left the airport set the tone for our stay. Arriving at the marina, we boarded the hotel’s private catamaran—a beautiful vessel with drinks and friendly staff. It was a pleasant, scenic ride that made it feel like our vacation began the moment we stepped on board. At the hotel, we were greeted with a warm “Welcome home” and a refreshing drink. We were introduced to our butlers, Raffa and Zelma, who stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Raffa, especially, went out of his way—securing souvenirs and medicine when we needed them—demonstrating a truly high standard of service. During our stay, we also met Frankie at the retro party—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and a pleasure to run into again during the Five Diamonds celebration. The property itself is breathtaking. With multiple levels and beautifully designed spaces, there are so many different environments to enjoy. The architecture and interior design are stunning, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous—especially from the rooftop restaurant Unik, which offers truly spectacular views. The entire setting feels very romantic, and it was perfect for a trip with my husband. "

"This has been my family's second stay at Casa Azul Maya and we enjoy the large Isla room on the second floor. Plenty of space for our 3 kids to spread out. Air conditioners in all 3 rooms work well and you can tailor the temp to however you like. Off the beaten path so it's more quiet which is great for a family or couple looking to have a peaceful escape. The staff at Casa Azul Maya are incredible and take great care of you. Angel and Geo are incredible and make you feel like family. Their connection with Lorettas for breakfast and beach chairs is also so worth it. Will gladly be back again in the future."

"We loved our stay! Very clean, the beds were both super comfortable and that’s the second thing I look for next to cleanliness, and this place nailed both. Communication was also wonderful, any questions were answered so swiftly, and the road in front of the house was closed for repair so if that was any minor inconvenience at all, the quietness of not having traffic in front of the home more than made up for it. Another huge plus was no neighbors as close by as other homes we’ve rented on the island. All we could ever hear from time on the fanatastic balconies were waves from that gorgeous view, very, very tranquil at your location. It was inside and out, even better than the photos and also well stocked (except for the absence of a wine glass, but we made do) We would definitely book again our next trip to the island, and we all thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home! "
