The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. With a large travel group they made sure our rooms were right next to each other and prepared our meals to be enjoyed together as well. 10/10–will be coming back and recommending it to friends and family."

"An Oasis just 80 kms from Tokyo! The hotel scenery envelopes you in lush trees, waterfalls, and rocks. What a delight! The two different Onsen are equally spectacular, but my favorite was the one with the waterfall. Yes, it is on the pricier end, but if you can make it work in your budget, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious. We had 3 people, so one of us had to “rough it”on a futon. So, three western beds would have been my first preference! Small detail however, as we had a magnificent time."

"The rooms were big and nice, great location, nice front desk staff. It was a little hard to get to and around with large luggage, but aside from that it was a great experience and right near Lake Ashi. "

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great location for a quiet peaceful break. Courtesy coach was a good method of getting too and from Moto Hakone and to Odawara."
