I spent one night and I have no complaints. Perfect for a couples get-a-way. The staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful (Lloyd and Ian).. There was a lady there as well did not get her name but she was also very friendly and helpful. She prepared the meals but I cannot comment on that because I did not eat there.

Nice place, a bit worn, kinda like the rest of the real Jamaica. We don't do mega resorts, this suits us well. It's rated 3.5 stars, by folks expecting 5 stars. The staff is the nicest you'll find anywhere and they make sure you have what you need. We've visited here four times and will many more.

Most of the staff was really great, very helpful and accomodating. I would stay there again. It's not fancy but it is a decent place.

If you are a frequent traveler to Jamaica, this property would be perfect if you are out and about in the days and just want a nice, safe, clean place to sleep at nights. It's right on the main tourist strip, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach is five minutes walk across the street. The rooms is basic but 100 percent clean & tidy. They have a safe in the room but it is portable, not sure that is a good thing. In-room lighting is good and no noise interference, even though there is a public facility at the front of the property. On entering the property at night, it can be intimidating as the frontage is quite dark. They need some ambiance lighting there. The on-property food service is disastrous and best avoided; terrible service and no omelettes & wedges here, the lunch menu seems to be the all-day menu! That they serve breakfast in a styrofoam container speaks for itself! There was no signage giving directions to the hotel lobby, though there are several business on the complex. Overall, this place best suits an experienced traveler, as there isn't anything to do on the property, no pool, no lounge, just your room. The front office staff are pleasant and help and very accommodating. Mr Williams at the front desk seemed to always be there and he is always pleasant & helpful.

Located near montego bay's hip strip. Good breakfast, easy access to many different restaurants for lunch and supper which is also available at hotel for a fee. Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice clean grounds, friendly staff.

This hotel was great for our one night stay. It is not close to the beach but they have a shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go. It is an authentic Jamaican experience.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting but some areas of the hotel are pretty run down. The sports complex is just kind of sad to look at besides the basketball court. The activities beach area was amazing plenty of things to do on one of the nicest beach settings I have been to. The staff was pretty friendly all over the complex. I only had one instance were the staff was not very attentive. That was in the buffet line. I was the only person in lie and instead of asking what i needed the cooks just gathered together spoke then cooked themselves food before asking what I needed. Also the excursions are very misleading. Lied to about which bars we would attend to and the time lengths of the bus rides.

This hotel presents the best option for a short stay, close to the airport, and great hospitality. The interaction with the hotel staff From the first interaction to the last was very pleasing. The staff was helpful with all needs. The balcony provided a Beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is more on the quiet , peaceful side. So if you are looking for a hotel that provides entertainment, this is not the one. However, I enjoyed the peace and quietness.

Wonderful accommodations! Rooms are spacious and designed with lots of storage in mind and catered to the guest. Staff was extremely friendly and service was fabulous. Italian restaurant was our favorite but all restaurants were delicious.
