This resort is not as "all-inclusive" as it claims to be. There are no robes in the rooms, room service was always more than an hour wait, the food is not authentic Jamaican food, the drinks are watered down, you have to pay extra to rent a cabana and all of the festivities are at the family resort. There's nothing "fun" or interesting happening on the adult resort so if you are going with friends, pick another resort. It may be better suited for couples. My group traveled during the lockdown/curfew Easter weekend and the resort did not take the circumstance into consideration for the guest who had to stay on the property and could not leave. There needs to be better entertainment and festivities for the Adult side of the resort and the food needs to be authentic, not alteted to cater to certain taste preferences.
