Reachable by two entrances: the main one, provided with electric gate and driveway, suitable for cars; the secondary one, set on a higher level, allows pedestrian access to the back of the house. The property is surrounded by a private garden with lawn, barbecue and the beautiful private swimming pool (5x11 m), fenced by a high hedge, in order to ensure the outmost privacy and tranquility. WE COMPLETELY RENOVETED THE POOL THIS AUTUMN. THE POOL WILL BE BRAND NEW FOR SUMMER 2022\. The pool is also equipped with 3 umbrella, outdoor shower and breakfast table for 6 people, chairs and sun beds. We also provided pool towels of high quality sponge quality. The villa (220 sqm), furnished in modern style and spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 8+1 people for a total of 4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (including 4 ensuites and 1 guest toilet). from almost every room you can enjoy the sea view. On the ground floor, accessible from the secondary entrance (10 steps), consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (both with shower). The bed rooms are fully equipped, with air conditioning and furnished in a mix of modern and antique style. Furthermore, at guests' disposal a small living room with sofa bed for any extra guest, this small living room is inside the bigger bedroom, which for this reason can be considered a junior suite. The first floor is reachable by the modern spiral staircase ( 25 steps ). The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table facing one of the two patio surrounded by greenery with a table for 8 persons. A big French-window leads outside to the spacious panoramic terrace with sea view, equipped with dining table for 8 people. Then you will find the main living room, very bright and furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and satellite TV. From the living room you can access both the panoramic terrace and the spiral staircase leading to the ground floor. The sleeping area, separated from the living room by a small hallway, is made up of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower, the other with shower). A toilet makes the rest of the floor. There are 4 dining areas: one in the big a fully equipped kitchen, one on the main patio looking the hills and the sea where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, one in the veranda next to the kitchen and the last in the pool area. Included air conditioning (in the living room on the first floor and in all bedrooms) and free Wi-fi connection (with 4G key throughout the property). The villa is entirely decorated and furnished in modern style with special attention to details. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and privacy is guaranteed by the greenery. Your pet is welcome, the property is completely fenced. Only 1 pet admitted. Ideal accomodation for families with children or groups of friends who wish to spend a holiday in the countryside, but still close to the sea, without giving up the fun of the nightlife, the restaurants of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, the art exhibition of Pietrasanta, the promenade of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore, all things characterising the Versilia coast. Lido di Camaiore and the other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) are just a few kms away. The Versilia coast offers some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs. You will find parks, night life, gourmet restaurants, the finest and glamorous boutiques. in 30 minutes drive you reach Lucca, the walled city "of a hundred churches", full of history and culture. The house was really nice, big, clean, a nice and clean pool, nice kitchen, everything we needed was there. Communication was seamless; she responded promptly to all our messages and was very accommodating with our needs. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience even better. The house is extremely spacious and bright, extremely clean and very well furnished. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you may need or wanted and in front of it there is this fantastic terrace with a large table where you can comfortably seats 10 persons. Beautiful spacious and bright bedrooms.. Great view from almost every room of the house. the garden is well maintained and kept. The beautiful pool has sun beds and chairs and another table, we enjoyed many dinners by the pool. the villa is ideally located for going to the beaches of Viareggio and for visiting Lucca, Pisa and Florence. We had a wonderful holiday. Die Fahrt zum Anwesen über sehr enge, steile Straßen ist beim ersten Mal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran. Von hier aus konnte man sehr schöne Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz oder auch ans Meer durchführen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Bildern. Küchenutensilien waren auch für 7 Leute mehr als benötigt. Die Terrassen luden zum Verweilen ein mit Blick ins Grüne und im Hintergrund auf das Meer. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für jeden eine gute Liege, sogar Warmdusche noch am Pool: Wir haben es sehr genossen! Von Samuele und Giovanna wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit guten Empfehlungen versorgt. Der Garten ist ein Kleinod! Bei Problem mit Klimaanlage hat sich Samuele sofort gekümmert. Das Haus ist extrem gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ##### Kira B. Huset er stort, rummeligt, og alt i huset var tip top i orden. Grunden indeholder også et dejligt poolområde. Vi har haft en lille hund med, og der var massere af plads til ham at løbe på, dog var grunden ikke helt aflukket. Der var en super god kommunikation med udlejeren, som hjalp os med diverse spørgsmål. Herudover var der information om hus og område / byer omkring, så det var muligt at opleve det bedste.
