Remote control gates added a great feel of security. Table under the pergola was superb for taking meals. We cooked outside all the time as the Bbq was excellent and the local shops, especially the Sigma, had a great variety of meat and a seafood counter where we bought squid and prawns etc. There is a larger Esselunga supermarket on John F Kennedy in Lido di Camaoire but once we discovered the Sigma there was no need to return. We would greatly recommend the Ristorante Antipasteria Katia Montebello on the end of Via Grotto just a few minutes walk from the Villa. We went there twice as the food and service was so good. We would recommend the villa for those wanting a home away from home experience - well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (including pool towels) supplied. Within easy driving distance of Lido Di Camaiore for the beach, Pietrasanta, Pisa and Lucca for sightseeing and shopping .
