Super staff and lovely outside garden area. Great location for accessing the old town (note the HopOnHopOff bus has a stop right outside as well). Rooms are small for the cost and it's less premium than the price would indicate.

Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is quite good and convenient for getting around. Most major landmarks are within about a 15–20 minute walk, which I didn’t find too bad at all. The cleanliness was okay, but it could definitely be improved. I noticed some stains in the bathroom that looked like they may have been missed during cleaning. There is only one elevator, but I appreciated having one rather than none, especially when carrying luggage. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear people using the elevator or walking and talking in the hallway from inside the room. This can be a little noisy at times. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was an okay stay, especially considering the convenient location, but there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and soundproofing.

The room was tiny and everyone could hear every conversation in other rooms. The AC didn’t work and it was so hot in the room that we had to open the windows and then woke up covered in bug bites. Staff knocked on our door one night at 11pm to tell us someone complained about us being loud. We weren’t watching tv or anything, just laughing. The staff were kind of passive aggressive as well with every interaction. Wouldn’t go back.
