Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Logement décevant nous n avions pas de lumière dans la cuisine. La cuisine était sale. Des gants de toilette sale étaient restés dans la salle de bain. On nous dit qu il a une piscine en fait elle est vide. Des pigeons ont fait leur nid dans la clim. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Bon séjour malgré beaucoup de petits désagréments !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais l'appartement mériterait un grand ménage! Beaucoup de choses mises dans l'annonce mais qui ne fonctionnent pas comme le lave-linge (bouton cassé. Nous avons du laver notre linge à la main pendant tout le séjour! ) Et séchoir cassé. Obligé de le coincer avec des chaises pour qu'il tienne en place ! La climatisation. ..pas réglable. .obligé d appuyer avec un bâton pour l'allumer! ! Volets électrique qui ne baissaient pas!!!fuite d'eau au niveau des toilettes. ..evier de la salle de bain pratiquement bouché ! !!!!!ça fait beaucoup quand même ! !heureusement que le prix était bas!!!!

Le parfait séjour

Appartement charmant très propre et bien situé correspond exactement aux photos...à proximité du centre ville...Nous y étions avec ma famille il y'a quelques jours et nous le recommandons à tous...Les propriétaires sont très professionnels,sympathiques et vous avez leur concierges très gentil aussi qui vous assiste ...Merci à Mr et Mme Berradi,nous avons passez un excellent séjour...☺️☺️☺️

très très désagréable/a éviter

Je déconseille fortement de louer cet appartement…nous n’avons que des déboires… Nous arrivons le soir et le concierge nous explique que finalement nous serons logé dans un autre appartement…nous ne voulons pas faire d’histoire et nous acceptons. Le lendemain matin nous découvrons la situation de la résidence, au milieu d’un bidonville, vu sur poubelle, et des chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et très loin de toutes commodités (contrairement à ce qui é été noté dans l’annonce) Nous avons dû marcher pendant au moins 2 km pour arriver à la gare alors que c’était noté à 200m. Le centre de la ville « place jemaa el fna » était à soit disant 1 km et comme vous pouvez le constater sur une carte, finalement nous sommes à 4km… Pour couronner le tout, au bout du 2eme jour le concierge nous demande de rechanger d’appartement…après mainte et mainte tentative d’appel au propriétaire, nous avons dû en effet changer d’appartement…pour un taudis…sale, froid, pas d’eau chaude, tv hs, draps sales et de plus dans les salles de bain à chaque ouverture d’un robinet nous nous prenions des décharges électrique… Le propriétaire, pour nous calmer nous avait dit qu’il allait nous rembourser, mais en rentrant en France plus aucune nouvelle… J’ai dû appeler d’un autre numéro pour qu’il daigne me répondre…il me dit qu’il m’envoi le chèque et s’excuse…depuis une semaine pas de nouvelle du chèque et du proprio…mes amies décident donc de l’apeler et il explique qu’il ne remboursera que 40euros!!!! Bref nous allons devoir aller plus loin dans nos démarches afin que justice soit faite ! Cela est dommage de ne pas être professionnel lorsque l’on décide de faire du business…
