"First impression is clean. You can not feel any grit on the floor with your bare feet. The staff are always smiling esp Mohamad and attentive to our needs.They do daily housekeeping on request. The AC was not working properly on our first night but too late to report about this as we come back to the hotel very late. We reported it next day and was fixed in a timely manner. They are so thoughtful that they kept the AC running while we are away and by the time we come back the room was so...
