Functional and comfortable apartment ideally located in Marrakesh Village (Marrakech Golf City, secure residence) on Boulevard Mohamed VI, near Menara Mall and wintering. The apartment is a haven of peace, overlooking an artificial lake and a garden. Consisting of two bedrooms with quality bedding (a suite with bathroom, dressing room, queen size bed and TV Qled AND a second bedroom with two beds 90 close together and a dressing room), two bathrooms, two terraces and a fully equipped kitchen (bosch oven, microwaves, plates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, nespresso, complete crockery); you will find everything you need for your stay. The living room includes a large corner sofa, a dining area, a playstation and a 65-inch Qled TV. The furniture is equipped with LEDs, allowing you to sift the room in the evening. A wifi box with a permanent connection is included. A place in the basement is available.
