"On arrival staff were very professional, we arrived early and could park and return later, no trouble at all. On site parking is very important and was safe and reasonably priced. The room was basic but very clean and tidy And all we required. All staff I encountered were very professional and polite, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was all we required, cereal, fruit yoghurt etc full english, toast etc. The best thing about breakfast for me was that unlike other hotels we have stayed at , tea or coffee are brought to your table by the very helpful staff and toast is already made, no queueing by the toaster or tea machine, take note other hotels, There are gym facilities, and a very good swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi . We would not hesitate to return as the hotel, staff parking and location were exactly what we wanted. Well done Mill Spa Hotel."

"Stairs! Stairs ! Used the lift to the floor then on route to bedroom you needed to go up stairs I looked up this hotel as it has lifts reception did not mention that when I get out to the lift, I’ve been to hotels before where they say we have some stairs but if you ask for help, we will get you a Porter then to find yourself waiting 30 minutes for a Porter to come and carry your suitcase upstairs expecting a decent tip as you should for someone who carry your suitcases upstairs and then the same on departure thus to save long delays an extra expenses and keep my independence I book hotels with lifts . If you need to use stairs the hotel should say lifts to floors however you will require to traverse stairs to get to room!"
