"This is our 5th Christmas stay here and, fair dues, covid has impacted on its greatness. No longer are the buffet breakfast like all hotels however still charging the full price for a served ‘fry-up’ is not something I’ll be happy paying for. "The hotel is nice and staff really friendly and helpful. Great location close to the city centre. We stayed in a a suite and whilst it was nice I just don’t think it was worth the price tag. "The hotel was beautiful. Sadly there were a few issues, there were dirty glasses left on the tea and coffee stand which had been covered over ask if they were fresh and one receptionist that was a little rude but overall it was lovely and we would definitely come back."…""The hotel was beautiful.
