"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. "We had a family room which was very spacious. The bar and restaurant area were quite dated but comfortable enough. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly. The lighting in the rooms wasn’t great (a few not working). Disappointed we couldn’t use the swimming facilities on the first day as they were to busy. I think they should state this when you book.
