My daughter and I had a lovley 1 night stay here. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in and use the facilities. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Our from was nice and spacious, clean and inviting. We made use of the pool which was perfect and refreshing due to the hot weather. Lovley breakfast included. Will be booking again in the future 😊

Lovely venue, very professional and helpful staff, food high standard, rooms spacious and shower bathroom high standard.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and it was very close to the airport too.

Comfortable and quiet. Five minutes / 1.5 miles drive to airport parking. Breakfast from 4am was a real bonus. Great staff. Would stay again.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

We stayed for 3 night's, very clean hotel and room. Very friendly staff, restaurant is slightly expensive and food portions could be better. But on the whole, I wud recommend the hotel and wud definitely stay there again.

Well kept beautiful cottage, brilliant hospitality, and the premium pure honey produced onsite is most excellent - Great relaxing homely stay overall!

This hotel was excellent! Its new and exceptionally clean and modern. The design is super modern and cant fault it. Location is superb...literally 5 mins walk away

We arrived very late after a delayed flight to Stansted. 24hour reception was very welcome & the staff were happy and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and great value for money.

This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.

Easy access to airport terminal.

Staff very helpful and friendly, slept very well, parking very good has a bar open all the time for residents

Lovely riverside location, plenty of parking, and very easy to be able to wheel luggage straight in, all on ground floor so no stairs to negotiate with cases. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room with twin beds very comfortable, and although tis room had no window (which was made clear when I booked), this was not a problem, as very good lighting and felt spacious. Actually very cosy. Everything seemed new, super clean throughout, and very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage and...
