"Large spacious family room. Had all amenities. Powerful and hot shower room in need of modernisation. Sink broken and shower chipped and cracked. Towels clean but stained . Exterior looking rather shabby and dated as was the room. . No sound proofing of room, could hear neighbours alarms sounding off at 2.30am . Worst off all, there was drilling occurring at 4am in the neighbouring kitchen, which is really unacceptable, otherwise would have given a better score ."

The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."
