"We weren’t sure what to expect for the price we paid but we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is lovely and spacious. I loved sitting in the sun-warmed conservatory and having that extra room is a real bonus. The downstairs shower room is a great addition. We were very comfortable here and found the area quiet and very clean. A small asda is minutes walk away. The local ‘Pesto’ Italian restaurant is a must. "Had a lovely family get together here for the week. Great location for access to Leicester and Birmingham as well as Coventry and the surrounding area. We made great use of the hot tub and games room and would definitely visit again."
