Sinle rooms are in the basement, down 2 flights of stairs but the single room is an example of containing everything well designed in a small space - and there's even a window into a light well. Finishes in the room are immaculate, even the bathroom, considering what the designers had to fit into a small space. Only criticism was the noise from the guests on the upper floors who seemed to be having an impromptu concert party in the wee small hours, but I suppose, that's London for you"
