Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

The property was clean and tidy , the staff were nice and polite.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. What a beautiful hotel it is the staff are amazing , the rooms are very good, food is amazing . Amazing little touches in the room . Could not fault a thing me and the missus would definitely stay there again but with the family next time . Very very happy so thank you park plaza Victoria it was a pleasure

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

We arrived at the hotel early, around 11am, in the hope we could leave our suitcase and return later to check in. We were surprised to find our room was ready and we could check in straight away. We had also been upgraded! The room was clean and beautifully presented. There were tea and coffee making facilities, including a branded coffee pod machine. We asked to borrow an iron which arrived in minutes. We ate in the hotel restaurant and whilst pricey, the food was divine... given the chef is...

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
