"Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality abd tasty. Staff were very helpful. Booking in we had to go up a level and queue for reception which was outside the lift so got very busy as you got ou the ligt to check in. Does not take away from my stay... everything else went smootly."

"Parking was easy to find, good signs all around though very dear £15 per night, Staff were neither here or there , I didn’t feel particularly welcomed,they just did the job, The room size was decent, mattress did have a few stains on it and I found some strands of hair though that’s to be expected .Breakfast was decent!"

"A basic but clean room, ideal for the purpose of getting an early morning flight or arriving back into Birmingham after the last train. Bed sheets didn’t quite fit the bed but were clean. Hotel bar / food area was rammed, maybe an oversight on the hotel designers part, more than adequate for most hotels but reflective of the lack of other amenities. I went to the airport and got on a train to resorts world for dinner. Overall though I would definitely use this hotel again and can highly recommend it as a good value no frills quality option. "
