"Wonderful, relaxing stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with robes and slippers provided, making spa use easier. Spa facilities good although steam room unavailable for one day - awaiting repair so no one's fault. The staff coped exceptionally well during an unexpected, regional power cut. They were excellent throughout our stay, and very helpful when we accidentally left a coat in the wardrobe. Thank you for making our short break, so relaxing and enjoyable. "

"The hotel was beautiful, rooms lovely and clean! The swimming pool and spa facilities, steam room were very good and very relaxing! The food at the FYR restaurant on site was lovely and reasonably priced aswell. The only cons I would say is that the drinks at the bar and and the pool are very expensive, considering the amount you are spending on everything else, in my opinion they don’t need to be that expensive. Overall had a very relaxing weekend, and I would return."

"Lovely hotel with ample parking. Easy walk into town for food or a visit to The Theatre on the lake. Excellent breakfast and bar facilities. The only suggestion I would make is bottled water in the room would be a nice touch."

"I’ve just returned from a night at the hotel. I stayed in a junior suite. I had to speak to the cleaner to give us some toiletries, as he’d forgotten to put them in. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. Very dirty windows amongst other things. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom was very small and dated. I had a horrid sleep. Despite the bed being a cracking size. The mattress was awful. I woke up in the morning with a really sore back. The mattress was ultra soft and overused. I pretty much slept in a ‘V’ position all night Despite the lovely view, you couldn’t see it from the sofa in the room. Even though the sofa was in front of the window. The poor design meant you looked at a thick wooden balcony post. The spa was visually nice. The hot tub was more like a luke warm tub. The pool was freezing. Breakfast was soso. I would describe the English break ingredients as cheap and the continental breakfast as limited and cheap. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel."
