The pool was not very inviting as it could have been cleaner. The waterfront is excellent for sitting at night and taking in the ambiance. The swimming is accessible for a swimmer as the water is deep. Breakfast claims to be at 8am but after 40 min we left as it was not ready. We were passing through doing long day drives so I was disappointed that I was unable to enjoy the pool and breakfast that I had considered when booking this property. However, an hour passed and nothing had changed. The cabin was extremely humid and dark, with no running or flushing water. Electricity and water were finally restored at 7:20 PM. The next morning, while having breakfast, both utilities went out again at 9:00 AM. We checked out at noon, and the power and water were still not back. I requested a refund, as the bare necessities were not available during our stay. I was told that refunds could not be issued, but was given a partial refund of my breakfast bill—$600 pesos (approximately $30 USD). Pas de bouteilles d eau dans les chambre si 3,50€ la petite bouteille à la réception . Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et les chambres ne sont pas faites. On a dû réclamer des nouvelles serviettes à la femme de ménage Le premier soir nous avons dîner au restaurant qui d ailleurs est cher avec des portions très petites. Nous avons réglé l addition le soir même et le jour de notre départ on nous a réclamer à nouveau l addition . L’eau de la piscine est verte et stagnante . Visiblement ça ne dérange personne et c est normal pour eux . Dans les chambre il n y a quasi pas de lumière impossible de lire un livre le soir et pas de télé.
