"The room was very nice-and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and two children in the two bedroom suite. However they do not have dishes, glasses, cutlery or even any dish soap in the full kitchen. Any other hotel with a kitchen we have stayed at provided the basics. They only provide you with dishes for an extra charge (as if the $450 a night wasn't enough for them). We had to go to dollarama to buy everything after we got there. The breakfast was pretty good however they ask you do not...

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible. They were very helpful from check in to check out and everything in between. The only negative things about this hotel: 1. The beds leave a lot to be desired. They are very uncomfortable. 2. One set of elevators was broken to go down the the parking lot so there was a long wait to get to your car and stairs weren't clearly marked. 3. The parking lot is terrifying. The clearance is very low, the parking spots are narrow, and its laid out so weirdly. "
