No worm welcome. Didn’t provide any slippers or toothpaste or toothbrush. And also room doesn’t have any Microwave oven. TV is not smart.some staffs are really rude.

The shuttle driver left one of my suitcases in front of the hotel. This caused us to miss the flight. Pretty upset about that. He blamed my husband who has dementia. I did not feel good about that.
