"It was cold breakfast. When I was getting coffee putting in creamer to coffee cup, because the creamer bottle plumper was tight, I was pushing it a little slow, the staff was passing by said ‘yeah take your time’ nothing wrong with that phrase, but I felt embarrassed because she wasn’t face me to say that, she was talking loudly to other guests sitting there… I will not stay there again."

"We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful. Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel."

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."
