"This hotel was one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. We arrived on property and the valet assisted us in getting into the lobby for check in and they not only allowed us to check in 2 hours early but also upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub as well. It was such a clean room and the staff there also provided us with coupons with things to do around the area during our stay. I would definitely recommend going back again!"
"We arrived at the hotel after a long day at the CNE, the front desk was busy with check ins, everyone was nice. Our clerk was very kind, informative and provided a surprise for our daughter, a Fairmont Royal York lion stuffy! Such a small detail, but really made a huge impact on not just our daughter but us. Our room was clean, comfortable. My husband is tall and the shower was too low for him, I’m 5’7 and also had trouble with the shower “height”. As it’s an older property walls were noticeable thin and we could hear conversations in the rooms next to ours.
Location is fabulous! Lots to see and do in the area. Very walkable!

"When booking the room the websife mentioned self parking available. It did not clarify the self parking was $63 for self parking and w blocks from the hotel, or $82 for valet parking at the hoteI. I went with the valet parking as the self parking was 2 blocks away.
The hotel was very clean and was in a great neighborhood. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was great at breakfast.
More clarification on the parking would have been helpful and would have affected my selection of hotel."
