Standard room, a little dated, but clean and roomy. But the view!!!! We were on the 11th floor right overlooking the falls. We kept the curtains open all night. We were rewarded with a double rainbow and beautiful lighting. I think it was better than the pricier hotels for location next to the falls.

My friends and I got the 2 connected rooms for one night and it was awesome! Very nice views from the room and everything is clean. Only thing is parking that weekend was 50$ a car overnight which is a bit much but I guess expected for a holiday weekend.

Thank you so very much for the complimentary upgrade at the Hilton in Niagara Falls due to plumbing issues at the Oakes hotel. Our stay at the Hilton was fabulous and the fact that the OLG stage is in the same building it was so easy to get to our concert in the evening. The staff at the Oakes were so kind to inform me of the upgrade and provided easy directions to access the Hilton. The staff at the Hilton were exceptional too! My family loved the Infinity pool with the beautiful views of the Falls. Thanks again!

No microwave or hot water pot in the rooms as most hotels have in the US. You had to go down to the main lobby if you wanted a tea or use the microwave. $50 a night for parking in their lot. Extra charge if you want more than the 1 towel per guest they provide. Beds are comfy with 6 large bulky pillows. Beds need to also have a few pillows which are flatter. I bring my own. We had a great view of the falls. Go 9 or above for the best views. They do have an observation area on floor 14. Nice that is there if you are in a lower room. Overall, nice hotel.

The Oakes is situated on a great location and offer excellent views of the Canadian Falls but nothing more. Check in took 30 minutes, and we were charged a stiff fee for using their parking lot. They had no handicap parking, and one lot had no street lights. You also had to climb steps to enter from the parking lot. The floor and elevators had trash and were not swept up for the 3 days we were there. No breakfast and no coffee maker in room. Not plush. Rip off hotel. Not recommended!

We recently stayed at the Hilton near the new casino in Niagara Falls and had a mixed experience with breakfast à la carte. While the service from the entire staff was truly impeccable and attentive from start to finish, we found the pricing for breakfast to be quite unreasonable. Dining as a party of one adult and two children, the meal consisted of a three-egg omelette for myself, a two-pancake breakfast for each of the girls, two apple juices, and a coffee. The bill came to nearly $100, which felt excessively high for the portions and items received. Outstanding hospitality goes a long way, and the service team certainly delivered, but the breakfast value ultimately missed the mark for us.
