"Overall this ia a good choice: The staff is very friendly while the hotel has a good location. The next metro station is less than a 10 min walk away, while the bus station is directly in front of the hotel. Westfield mall is only 10 min by walking. There are no shops directly around the hotel. While the room was spacious, the furniture is dated, the bed was rather narrow for a couple and was uncomfortable. The bath was tiny, only bathtub and no shower and again much dated.The braekfast buffet...

"Arrived at 12 noon and my room was ready so I got checked in early which was a massive help. Hotel is in a great location with Kensington Olympia station 2 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had loads of choice, room was a decent size , friendly helpful staff. I would defiantly stay here again. "

"We had 1 night in London to see a performance in Royal Albert Hall, we needed a triple room which isn't easy to find in London. This hotel provided that plus is on a bus route direct to Albert Hall so was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and functional, breakfast was decent, staff were excellent. "

"Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "

"Well, good bits, the room was clean, and the water hot and plentiful. The room odd shaped, and tiny. The road noise though was the killer, t outside is a night drag race, where the young and useless, along with the odd emergency vehicles doing their best to keep all awake. Good for stone deaf midgets. "
