"Location The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to a train station, which made getting around London so much easier. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was handy for picking up water and other quick needs. Room The room was good and had everything we needed. There were enough electrical outlets, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for me. Bathroom The bathroom was clean and spacious. Check in The only real issue was the check in. We had requested an early check in, which was noted by the team in advance for 11am. However, when we arrived, the receptionist would not give us any time for when the room would be ready and simply told us to wait for a message. We finally received that message at around 3pm, four hours after the time that had been confirmed. A charge was also taken from our card at check in without any explanation. At first I thought it was for the early check in, and only found out later that it was a security deposit. A simple explanation at the desk would have avoided the confusion. Overall Apart from the check in experience, our stay was comfortable and the location is hard to beat. I would consider staying again, but I hope the hotel improves how it handles confirmed early check ins and communicates charges to guests."
