"Congested room - no gym - v small lobby - didn’t enjoy stay at all"

"Clean and quiet rooms. Staff nice especially young man this morning who helped us with transportation to paddington station. We booked a taxi for 6:30am but no show as man locked keys in his vehicle! Man at the desk called few taxis but unsuccessful so called an Uber for us & hotel paid for it. Will definitely stay at hotel next time we visit London."

"The lobby and sitting area is maintained beautiful retaining the vintage look of the building. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast served was also really good. The rooms and windows however felt smaller and conjusted, however they were very clean and well maintained."

"I chose this hotel because of its location and the good reviews. I paid nearly $400 for two nights, including the additional $30 they charged me for an early check-in. I didn’t mind paying that. The room smelled strongly of dampness. It was small, although at least the bathroom seemed renovated. I barely spent any time at the hotel since I was out sightseeing most of the day. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of leaving my carry-on suitcase open on the bed with my clothes inside. Two days later, I traveled to Paris — and what a horrible surprise when I arrived. As soon as I opened my suitcase, I saw a small round insect and immediately realized it was a bed bug. I rushed to kill it. I shook out all of my clothes and ended up doing laundry at 11 PM because I was terrified there might be more. Room G10 has bed bugs. Please inspect it and call pest control immediately because this is a serious issue. Imagine arriving at your next destination and discovering this in your luggage. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Shower was super hot.. another day was cold no hot water. Floor was clean when we check in.. kettle was dirty didnt make coffee or tea. No ice."
