The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . All guys on reception was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location, nice rooms with amazing view.

Staff was extremely helpful especially the man working as the porter/front of house who helped us with our bags etc he was always very helpful and extremely friendly.

Family room for 6 of us, was huge, clean and actually very quiet so we were able to sleep soundly! Sofa bed was very comfy and two bathrooms so felt like an Apartment! Great location and easy to get to everything in NYC would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.

Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Pretty spacious for one, spotlessly clean, and the fridge for supplies rather than annoying mini bar gets a thumbs up from me. Returned to the Peninsula after a few years' hiatus (I had an issue last time). It is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in upper Midtown. The prices can be quite punchy, but the restaurant and bar are not as mind-boggling as some, and you are getting a top notch product. The staff were friendly and helpful, and in the main not as overbearingly stuffy or as synthetically gushing as you sometimes find in similar hotels. I had a really great stay here. From the moment we entered and received a warm and friendly welcome from Chris who was incredible throughout to the day of departure. It was amazing that Chris actually remembered our names because the hotel was full and also had celebrity guests (due to the US Open). Room was a decent size, very roomy for New York and regularly cleaned. Some previous guests have complained about the cost of eating at the hotel - it is expensive but certainly not extortionate...

Can't fault the hotel, room was lovely! Breakfast was great too. I didn't realise it was in the middle of Time Square! oops! Quite busy outside... Happily stay again, I was over for a work trip.
