I don't think it's possible to utter a meaningful criticism of the Cedars. I don't propose to try. Why waste words? I hope to arrange a further short holiday later in the year.

Fabulous little find. I booked not realising standard rooms shared the main bathroom. When I arrived it was no problem to upgrade. Breakfast was delish and staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this stunning Guest house

A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Wonderful staff and beautifully decorated rooms. Continental breakfast is quite good as well and they have cocktails and coffees that can be ordered at the front desk.

First time staying at the Grand Central Glasgow, everything was excellent, and will definitely stay again.

Only disclaimer is that this is a review about a budget-mid-price hotel. All the ravings probably don't compare to a hotel that costs £££ per night. Fantastic wee find in the heart of paisley (though you would never know it - very peacful and quiet!) Nice decor, comfortable beds, great bathroom and plenty of character and very nice vibe. Staff were all excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast excellent....We will definitely stay here again....could not find any fault.

Booked a short notice overnight stay in one of the upgraded pods. It was very nice with a very nice location. It was really quiet and peaceful. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the staff wee attentive, accomodating and very polite. The food choice wasnt huge but the quality of the food was good. Stay in hotels great but check in and difficulty establishing our booking was stressful and disappointing. Staff did all they could but the buck stops with Hotels.com and taking money then another provider getting cash! Total break down in relation to booking

The staff were friendly, with one lovely ginger boy telling us lots of stories about the hotel and its origins, and one tall waiter finding us a seat looking onto the arena despite those tables all being reserved (sorry that I forgot the actual names!) This is a wonderful guest house, the room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfasts were ordered each night and promptly served to our room at the time requested. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
