"Nice hotel and room. Only criticism was no instructions for coffee pod machine or TV. Couldn't get TV off streams to normal service. No big thing probably just me not used to tech"

"The room was lovely and warm, clean and modern . A nice welcome on arrival and the staff seemed well trained and polite. The food was adequate but not great if you’re looking for something special . Very usefully , half portions offered on some meals if you don’t want a huge helping. Perfectly fine for me just passing through."

"Lovely staff, but the hotel could be so much better by upgrading the rooms and increasing availability of food on offer. The gardens could also be beautiful if maintained properly. Regular bus service to and from Helensburgh which has lots of restaurants to choose from, but would be nice to be able to eat in the hotel if have been out all day."
