Bobby's coffee bar were was a bit overpriced for a scone, nearly £5 and it wasn't fresh so choose more wisely as there were lovely cakes on display. Our room was perfect, breakfast was delicious, the hotel is spotless and the staff in all areas were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is lovely, we ate there twice, the food both times was delicious and the view is incredible no matter where you sit. Despite some negative comments I reserved the hotel and was not disappointed. Perfect stay in Loch Lomond suite number 4 with splendid uninterrupted views over the loch. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
