Check in was smooth and was surprisingly upgraded to their premium cabin pods which was a nice surprise. Lady at reception was so efficient with clear communication on how to find the cabin. Staff were so kind and food was amazing. Parking easy, room lovely and clean and comfortable. Had a view of loch lomond too and a balcony to sit outside if we wanted to.
