"We only stayed one night but all staff we came across were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot to chose from. We had a deluxe room in the top floor which was a good sized room with a huge bed. Our only comments would be that there was no towel rail in the bathroom which was unhelpful, and there was no shower. There was a shower attachment on the bath but this isn't quite the same as a shower. This may very well be down to the head height in the bathroom, but the room was advertised...
