"Found this place after being stranded at Heathrow and it was so good! The room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were amazing! We really appreciated the assistance with booking a taxi at check out, with the staff member even using his own phone to talk to the driver. A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
