From start to finish Freya Maloy made everything so easy. She was the receptionist at the time of my check in. She very kindly organised a cak for my sons birthday. I was blown away by her kindness and her kind gesture. That is what you call customer service, going above and beyond when you don't even need to. Thank you Freya for making our stay so relaxed amd so simple. Credit where it is due. Thank you

This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t pre book breakfast...
