"Hotel was in perfect location for everything, shopping, restaurants and St James Park for Sam Fender concert. Even though it was right in the centre it was really quiet at night. Check in was super easy and all staff were friendly and helpfully. Will definitely be back again. "

"Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am."

Breakfast room floor 1 overlooking River tyne and the bridges. Outstanding service from Tessie felt as though we had known her for years so attentive with personal touch. Faboulus cooked breakfast with continental buffet fresh teas and coffees Visit and you won't regret it "
