We couldn't fault this place! The location is great - super easy to get around and stations, restaurants and 'The Scramble' are all within easy walking distance. You can walk to Harajuku and Meiji Jingu (well worth a visit by the way!) within 30 minutes. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our whole stay. The facilities are great - there is free iced and hot coffee (which was actually really good!), ice machine, lots of bits and bobs (like combs, toothbrushes, shower caps, tea bags etc),...

Loved this place. Location is excellent and then hotel generally has a really nice vibe. The on site coffee shop and bar are both great and do amazing drinks.
The rooms are basic but perfectly serviceable. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are comfortable and amenities available.
Only issues we had were that our room wasn’t cleaned as we were advised it would be halfway through our stay. We raised twice with reception but unfortunately it never happened. Despite this, I’d really recommend...

Very tidy and welcoming modern hotel with helpful reception staff. The room was small but standard for Tokyo. The room facilities were plenty and reception was well stocked with complimentary toiletry items.
The bathroom was well serviced with a very nice deep bath. Housekeeping was regular and to a good standard. Ample vending services and four laundry machines serviced the hotel.
Seemingly located in a business district, there was a mix of tourists and business men as guests.

Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t my thing. It’s good food but not what I’d choose for breakfast.
In the reception they have a lot of things available in case you forget toiletries which was a nice touch.
They don’t clean the room apart from every three days.

Great stay at a nice hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo but still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and close to Yotsuya station for exploring the city.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆
The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep.
This is an eco aware hotel, so you dont get a daily room clean (I believe the room will be...

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

A small room so a tight squeeze for 2 people with suitcases but we did not spend much time in it as there is so much to see and do in Tokyo. Great location near a metro stop.
