"I have mixed reviews about this property. First it listed that it had a gym (I was looking for a property with one as I take weight lifting seriously) and i messaged the owner and he said there was no gym. The unit was very clean and we liked that each room had its own temperature control EXCEPT the lower floor. There was no heating whatsoever downstairs on the first floor which meant one of our family members had to sleep in the cold.Another remark would be the stairs, they are very steep so if...

"The hotel is at great location. 6-8mins of walking distance from Shinjuku station. For some lines, the exit is just next to the hotel not all the lines. Some that need improvement: The toilet paper is sooooo thin. You will need to end up using a lot to prevent it broken on your hand. After the first cleaning, one of our beddings has dried blood on it."
