"We have never had such helpful staff member .Romain acted like a tour guide as well as English speaking contact at the hotel.He new about ,lift tickets ,the ski resorts ,rental gear,
restaurants
,taxis ,clubs and bars,transport to and from Hakuba ,bus time tables ,etc etc . And he did it all with a smile on his face and helped make our holiday a beauty! The hotel has a very good
