She offered to let the cleaning team know that we did not need room cleaning, but our room got entered into anyways. If you expect the Japanese standard of cleanliness and operation from this hotel, you would certainly be disappointed. It feels like a frat house to me that the staff worked together causally without the guidance from the management.
