"This was truly special. I took my 10 year old daughter hoping it would be worth the bus ride from London, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. We rented Tudor costumes and walked all around taking lots of photos. My daughter was in heaven. The Anna of Cleves room was luxury accommodations and absolutely worth it. The bed was so comfortable! The three course dinner was delicious, and my daughter was allowed to order off the kids menu which she found to be exactly what she wanted. Breakfast was great also! The staff couldn't have been nicer and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I think it is perfect for a one night magical stay. It was a splurge and it felt like we got more than we paid for! We certainly made the most of it and will never forget it. "

"Exceptional location, well presented and brilliant extra facilities like spa and pool. Food was excellent, room very good quality too. Staff polite and friendly, only minor point is there is not separate area for hotel guests to park so parking peak times when a lot of members using the golf course is difficult "

"I think I will be staying here again the staff are great , towns not far away for them Shopping days and just a litte way from the hotel You have Tesco , and a few little retail parks and if your a long term stayer there are things like a mini wash shop or a full Laundry shop not far away at all m"
