Green Dragon Hotel

"We loved our stay at the Green Dragon. It was the perfect location for a trip to Hereford without a car. All the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit were within easy walking distant. It is a historic grand building and our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Although we did not have air conditioning a large fan and an ample supply of bottled water made the stay very pleasant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We did not eat in so can’t really comment but the bar was lovely, comfortable and relaxing and we were soon chatting away with other guests. Would definitely stay here again if we come back that way."

"The accommodation overall was roomy comfortable and more than fit for purpose. The staff I found overall very helpful and attentive. The course overall was challenging, but enjoyed it all the same."

"Although the hotel does not appear to have been updated in quite a long time and some facilities like the plumbing could be doing with getting improved (bath, sink and toilet very slow to drain) I was grateful that there was still a bathtub which I prefer for medical reasons when so many other places are removing them and putting in showers which fill the same space. The parking could have been better as the spaces were quite small"

"Lovely site, unfortunately visited in a heat wave. Hotel has no air con and didn’t appear to have fans. Worth bringing one with you!"
