Where to start.. Upon arrival we were met with a big smile and our room was ready, and a lovely one at the front of the building which is part of the original coaching house, 4hrs later I had a freak accident on some steps (totally my fault not looking where I was going) I spent the next 4 nights in hospital with 2 broken ankles but these guy's couldn't do more. We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags.
